Restiro 100mg Tablet consists of resmetirom which is a liver-selective, highly selective thyroid hormone receptor beta (THR-β) agonist drug that is used in conjunction with diet and physical activity in adult patients having NASH/MASH and moderate to severe liver fibrosis.Important Information & AdministrationMechanism of Action: Resmetirom acts by selectively stimulating the THR-β receptors in the liver and helps to reduce fat storage in the liver. Dose: 100 mg dose is especially approved for patients weighing 100kg or above in oral administration once daily. 80mg dose is usually recommended for those below 100kg weight. Method of Use: This medicine should be taken irrespective of food intake. Take it intact.
