Revodla 50mg is an oral prescription medicine that contains an active ingredient called eltrombopag. Revodla is a TPO receptor agonist, which increases production of platelets in the bone marrow and prevents bleeding complications due to decreased number of platelets.Primary Uses & IndicationsPrimarily used to treat blood clotting disorders such as low platelet count in chronic immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), chronic HCV infection, and aplastic anemia.Primarily administered as a single tablet per day, taken in its whole form, and without food interactions.Causes severe decrease in the effectiveness of the drug. Avoid consumption of dairy products, mineral supplements, and antacids within 2 hours before and 4 hours after ingestion of the pill.
