Ribokis 200mg is an orally administered anticancer medicine, which includes an active substance Ribociclib and works as a selective CDK4/6 inhibitor. This drug is applied with hormonal therapies for treatment of certain hormone receptor-positive (HR+), HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancers via inhibition of the enzymes, which transmit signals to cancer cells to reproduce.Key Information and UseDosage Schedule: It is administered once a day during 21 days in a row, then for 7 days it should not be used, and so on in order to have 28-day cycle.Dosage: Standard dosage for advanced breast cancer is 600 mg (3 pills of 200mg each).Administration: Capsules should be swallowed whole with water – do not crush, chew, or dissolve them. It is recommended to take it either with or without food at one and the same time everyday.Contraindications: Grapefruit or its juice should not be taken together with this medicine
