Nilosigna 200 mg Capsule is a medication containing nilotinib which is used as a targeted tyrosine kinase BCR-ABL inhibitor in the treatment of Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). It acts through blocking certain proteins responsible for the development of cancer cells.

NiloSIGNA 200 MG (hydrochloride monohydrate) 200 mg per capsule. Drug class: BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase inhibitor.Primary uses: For the treatment of chronic phase and accelerated phase CML in patients who have become resistant or intolerant to prior medications like imatinib.

Empty stomach: Should be taken on an empty NILOSIGNA 200 MG CAPSULE IN PAKISTAN stomach (should not be consumed within 2 hours of eating or 1 hour following meal)Water: Should be swallowed with a full glass of water.Restrictions: Do not eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice as it increases concentration of drug in blood.
