Questran Light 4g sachet is an oral powder drug containing colestyramine which acts as a bile acid sequestrant used in lowering cholesterol, in relieving itching due to liver disorders and managing certain types of diarrhea.

Off-white to cream colored powder Active Ingredient: 4 g of QUESTRAN LIGHT anhydrous colestyramine resin per sachetInactive Ingredients: Xanthan gum, orange juice flavor, aspartame (artificial non-calorie sweetener), citric acid, and silicon dioxide.

Reduction of Cholesterol: Helps to reduce QUESTRAN LIGHT 4G SACHET IN PAKISTAN LDL (“bad”) cholesterol in primary hyper cholesterolemia in order to protect against heart diseases.Removal of Itching: Provides relief of itching (pruritus) resulting from partial biliary obstruction or liver disease.Control of Diarrhea: Helps to control chronic diarrhea associated with Crohn’s disease, radiation or surgical resection of the ileum.

NEVER Take Dry: Should always be combined with liquid before taking.Mixing: Mix the 4g sachet with 100 to 150 mL of water, fruit juice, skimmed milk or thin soup until uniform (it will not dissolve completely).

QUESTRAN LITE contains the active ingredient colestyramine.
