Xavor diu 50/12.5mg tablet medication containing a mixture of losa rtan and hydro chlorothiazide made by Ferozsons Laboratories for the treatment of high blood pressure.

An angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that causes relaxation of the blood vessels to increase blood flow. Hydro chlorothiazide (12.5 mg): Thiazide diuretic (“water pill”) which assists in reducing the quantity of salt and fluid from the body.
