Xynosine Adult Nasal Drops (generally consisting of 0.1% Xylometazoline Hydrochloride) offer a quick solution to nasal congestion, sinus pressure, and irritation resulting from colds, allergy, or sinusitis. This medicine acts through constriction of swollen blood vessels in the nose, bringing air flow back to normal. DVAGO +3Important Points & Instructions:Active ingredient: Xylometazoline Hydrochloride (0.1% for adults). DVAGOMaximum Usage Period: Use for adults and children older than 12 years only. Do not use for more than 3 to 7 days consecutively to prevent “rebound congestion” (intensification of stuffiness after discontinuation). DVAGO +2Dose: 2-3 drops per nostril 2-3 times a day. DVAGODirections: Blow your nose, bend your head back a little bit, instill the drops into the nose without contacting your nose with the dropper, and keep your head bent for a while.
